Welcome to Shop Your Town, (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”, “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), owned and operated by Purple Bunny Marketing Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) with its registered office located at PO BOX 406, JIMBOOMBA QLD 4285. 

The Website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the Terms, Conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”).  

1. Acceptance of Terms: As a business user or a shopper/explorer user, your utilisation of our business listing platform implies your agreement to adhere to these terms and conditions. 

2. User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for the accuracy and relevance of the information provided in their business listings. 

3. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and must not share login credentials. 

4. Eligibility: Users must be a registered business operating in Australia to list on our platform. 

5. Prohibited Activities: Users are prohibited from engaging in any activities that violate laws, regulations, or the rights of others. 

6. Content Ownership: Users retain ownership of the content they submit to the platform but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it. 

7. Upgraded Business Listings: The terms and conditions for upgraded business listings are outlined below: 

      • Upgrade Management: Upgraded business listings persist at an enhanced level during the subscription, with the option for businesses to downgrade at any time. 

        • Subscription Lifecycle: Business listings automatically renew every 12 months. If a listing is not renewed then it reverts to a FREE status at the subscription’s end. 

          • Renewals: Renewals for subscriptions are automatically processed on the expiry date unless cancelled by the user prior to the scheduled renewal. 

            • Payment and Refunds: Payments for upgraded listings are non-refundable 

              • User Responsibilities: Users must ensure the accuracy and relevance of information in their business listings. Additionally, users are responsible for safeguarding their account security and are prohibited from sharing login credentials. 

                • Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or modify upgraded listings in accordance with our terms of service.

                • Platform Changes: We may update or change the features of upgraded listings, and businesses will be notified of any significant modifications. 

              8. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions, and users will be notified of any changes. 

              9. Termination: We may terminate or suspend business listing accounts that violate these terms and conditions. 

              10. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our platform. 

              11. Privacy Policy: Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect user data. 

              12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
